REGOLAMENTO
  • La manifestazione si svolgerà nella piscina comunale O. Ferrari, vasca 8 corsie base 50 metri.
  • In tutte le gare si gareggerà divisi tra maschi e femmine e per serie in base ai tempi d’iscrizione
  • Per le categorie Nuoto (SWIM) è prevista una classifica maschile 2007-2008 e una classifica maschile 2009; una classifica femminile 2007-2008 e una classifica femminile 2009. Per le categorie Nuoto Paralimpico (paralimpic swim) e prevista un’unica classifica (2007-2008-2009) SWIM-P. Sono ammesse in gara solo le categorie paralimpiche indicate.
  • Ogni atleta potrà partecipare ad un numero illimitato di gare individuali più le staffette.
  • E’ ammesso l’uso del costume da gara

 

NORME GENERALI

  • Il Comitato Organizzatore del Torneo si riserva di applicare modifiche alla formula di svolgimento e al calendario in funzione del numero di squadre iscritte ed eventuali necessità organizzative.
  • La manifestazione sarà diretta dal G.U.G. della FIN Emilia Romagna.
  • Il servizio di cronometraggio sarà elettronico con piastre ed effettuato dagli ufficiali della Federazione Italiana Cronometristi.
  • Per quanto non previsto dal presente Regolamento si richiama alle Norme del Regolamento Tecnico FINA.
DISCIPLINA DEL TORNEO
  • I comportamenti violenti verranno sanzionati dal Giudice Sportivo e potranno essere valutate squalifiche per le giornate successive.
  • Non sono ammessi reclami contro le decisioni arbitrali.
  • Per quanto non previsto nell’attuale Regolamento valgono le disposizioni dei Regolamenti FIN
  • Il Comitato Organizzatore declina ogni responsabilità per incidenti, furti o danni di ogni genere. Nella piscina deve essere rispettato, prima, durante e dopo la manifestazione, il regolamento dell’impianto.

REGULATION
 
  • The event will take place in the O. Ferrari municipal swimming pool, 8-lane base 50 meters.
  • All races will be divided between males and females and by series based on the registration times
  • A 2007-2008 men’s ranking and a 2009 men’s ranking are foreseen for the Swimming categories (SWIM); a female ranking 2007-2008 and a female ranking 2009. For the Paralympic Swimming categories (paralimpic swim) a single ranking (2007-2008-2009) SWIM-P is envisaged. Only the indicated Paralympic categories are admitted to the competition.
  • Each athlete will be able to participate in an unlimited number of individual races plus relays.
  • The use of the competition costume is allowed

    GENERAL RULES

     

    • The Organizing Committee of the Tournament reserves the right to apply changes to the formula and the calendar according to the number of teams registered and any organizational needs.
    • The event will be directed by the G.U.G. of the FIN Emilia Romagna.
    • The timing service will be electronic with plates and carried out by the officials of the Italian Timekeepers Federation.
    • For anything not covered by these Regulations, reference is made to the FINA Technical Regulations.

     

    TOURNAMENT DISCIPLINE

     

    • Violent behavior will be sanctioned by the Sports Judge and disqualifications for the following matches may be assessed.
    • No complaints against arbitration decisions are allowed.
    • For anything not provided for in the current Regulation, the provisions of the FIN Regulations apply
    • The Organizing Committee declines all responsibility for accidents, theft or damage of any kind. Before, during and after the event, the regulations of the facility must be respected in the swimming pool.
